The Study Hub is a calm, focused exam-like environment for Leaving Cert students.

Students are expected to follow the following guidelines to ensure a productive space for everyone:

Quiet Study Environment

•   The room will operate as a silent study space, similar to an exam hall.

•   Please always be respectful of others' concentration.

•   You can leave the room quietly for short breaks and re-enter the room quietly.

•   Mobile phones, tablets, laptops etc must be on silent or used with headphones. Phone calls to be taken outside the room.

Lunch break is between 1-2pm (where the quiet room rules are relaxed). However, please do not eat in the room - only drinks are allowed in the study room.

Study Room Rules

•   Please treat fellow students, the community centre and our staff with respect.

•   No food allowed in the study room. Only soft drinks.

•   Keep your workspace organised. Please take your rubbish home or use the recycling bins we have and leave no trace when you leave.

•   CCTV is in operation. Any disruptive behaviour or misuse of the room may result in a student being asked to leave.

•   Bring all your necessary books, equipment, pens and USB plugs with you.

•   We will provide sockets for charging laptops and phones. Wifi is available, password: rudolph329
